Do you have any questions?
If you’re camping with us for the first time, visiting a new site or just camping for the first time can be full of questions – or you may have visited us many times before but have something you’re not sure about.
Below you will find an overview of the most frequently asked questions – if you don’t find an answer to your question, please contact the reception.
Is there Wifi on site?
There is no wifi on the entire site, but large parts of it are. The masts are mainly located on the main buildings.
In the Glyngøre cabins there is wifi.

What about bedding?
There are duvets and pillows in all our rental units. The beds are almost all 80-90 cm wide. In cabins 21 and 22 (bottom) and the camp-let, the beds are approximately 140 cm.
Bed linen can also be rented – price 125 kr.
1 sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover and 1 bath towel.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes, dogs are welcome on site and in our cabins and tents – not in our camp-let!
However, dogs are not allowed in the furniture. If you have an accident while walking the dog, please pick up after the dog. On the site, the dog must be on a leash or in a fence.
Breakfast?
You can order breakfast bread for the next day. The deadline is 21:00. The bread is ready for pickup at 8 am. You can also order a breakfast tray, which consists of 2 buttered rolls, cold cuts, coffee, juice and a morning cup.
The gate, when is it open?
The barrier is open between 07:00 and 23:00. It is not permitted to drive on the site after 23:00 and before 07:00.
The pool, what are the rules?
The pool is open during the summer season between 9 and 21. It is heated (approx. 27 degrees). You MUST wash before visiting the pool. Guests on site (not checked in) must purchase pool access at the kiosk. Children must be supervised. At your own risk!
Check in/out?
Rental units can be entered at 15:00 and you must be out by 11:00.
The pitch is paid for during the kiosk’s opening hours and must be vacated by 14:00. If you arrive outside the reception’s opening hours, you are welcome to drive into the booked space (if it is empty) and then check in during opening hours. The check-in barrier is manual and can be lifted by hand).
We arrive late - what do we do?
If you have booked a rental unit and arrive after opening hours, an envelope with your name, key, boom card and seat map will be waiting for you at the reception. Remember that cars are not allowed on site after 23:00 (park at the reception)
